Disability Support Worker

Melbourne, VIC

Provide day-to-day, person-centred support to NDIS participants in their homes and community. Help with daily living, social activities, and building independence.

Requirements

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (or working towards)
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • Warm, patient and reliable nature

Support Coordinator

Melbourne, VIC

Help participants understand and use their NDIS plans, connect them with services, and coordinate supports so they get the most from their funding.

Requirements

  • Experience in the NDIS or community services sector
  • Strong knowledge of NDIS plans and local supports
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
